Our ecommerce client is looking for a UX Copywriter/ Content Designer to join their team, for a 12+ month duration. This will be fulltime hours per week, and onsite 3-4x per week in Downtown Toronto. Responsibilities:- working on a loyalty travel app (web and mobile support)- developing wireframes, site maps, user journeys, in-app mobile copy, FAQs, content diagrams etc. - working in an Agile environment- creating content strategy and UX content- working with Product Designers to create concepts and prototypes- working extensively with business and product stakeholders to walkthrough content and design work- working in a highly collaborative environment with development, design and product teamsSkills needed:- 4+ years of experience- ecommerce or loyalty experience is a bonus- expertise with Figma, Jira and Confluence- portfolio showcasing your copy and content skills, specifically for digital products
