About The Role
This role is well suited for designers who enjoy variety and ownership. Designers earlier in their careers will have opportunities to learn quickly across many product types and contexts. More experienced designers will find space to lead design direction, influence strategy, and partner closely with clients. With over 100 projects each year and in-house prototyping capabilities, no two projects or days are the same.

What You Will Do
- Contribute to and lead UX design efforts from early research and ideation through implementation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and clients
- Plan and conduct user research such as interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and real-world constraints
- Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to internal teams and clients
- Balance multiple projects whilemaintainingattention to quality and user impact
- Mentor or support other designers based on experience and interest
What We Are Looking For
- Professional experience in UX design, interaction design, or related fields
- Strong foundationin user-centered design principles and systems thinking
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished design outputs
- Proficiencywith tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfort collaborating with technical teams and navigating complex problem spaces
- Clear communicator who can present ideas confidently and thoughtfully
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments
- Background designing for complex systems, regulated industries, or physical-digital products
- Strong user research planning and synthesis skills
- Experience influencing product strategy or leading design direction
- Interest in mentorship, critique, and raising design standards across a team
