You will run studies, surface insights, and ensure that the voices of job seekers and hiring professionals shape every product decision we make — from early concept to post-launch evaluation.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies- Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations- Build and maintain a user insights repository accessible to product and design teams- Collaborate with designers and PMs to integrate research into the product process- Communicate research findings to stakeholders clearly and compellinglyRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research- Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, or similar)- Ability to design rigorous research studies with appropriate methodologies- Experience with survey design and quantitative analysis of user behavior data- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills — turning raw data into clear insights- Ability to influence product decisions through evidence-based recommendationsEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
