UX/UI Designer (Contract) | Global SaaS Platform | £450/day (Inside IR35)We’re working with a global, enterprise-scale organisation to hire a UX/UI Designer on a 6-month contract.The business operates across multiple international markets, supporting large-scale, operational platforms used day-to-day across a complex supply chain environment. Their products sit at the heart of how data, systems and users interact — with a strong focus on improving usability across dense, data-heavy interfaces.They’re currently investing in evolving one of their core platforms, with a particular focus on refining how users navigate, interpret and act on large volumes of information.The roleYou’ll work closely with a Lead UX Designer and a wider global product team to translate research and insights into clear, usable, and scalable design solutions.This role is heavily focused on execution — taking structured UX outputs and turning them into high-quality UI, prototypes and production-ready designs across a complex SaaS platform.There’s a strong emphasis on simplifying workflows, improving clarity across data-heavy screens, and contributing to a more cohesive, consistent user experience across the platform.What you’ll be doingTranslating user research and insights into clear, intuitive interface designsDesigning wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes in FigmaImproving the usability of complex workflows, dashboards and data-heavy interfacesStructuring large volumes of information in a way that is clear and user-friendlyContributing to and evolving component libraries and design systemsCollaborating closely with product, engineering and stakeholders across a global teamSupporting the creation of user-facing materials, including lightweight tutorial or guidance contentHelping to analyse and interpret user feedback to inform design decisionsWhat they’re looking forProven experience designing for SaaS or enterprise platformsStrong UI and visual design skills, with a high level of attention to detailConfidence working in Figma, including components, prototyping and scalable systemsExperience working on data-heavy products (e.g. dashboards, analytics, complex tables)Ability to translate research and requirements into clear, well-structured designsComfortable working in a structured, stakeholder-heavy environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsExperience with motion design or tools like After Effects is a bonusPackage£450 per day (Inside IR35)6-month contract (starting June)Hybrid working (2 days per week onsite in Hemel Hempstead)3-stage interview processWhy it’s worth a lookOpportunity to work on a global, high-impact platform used at scaleExposure to complex, data-driven product challengesCollaborative, international team environmentClear scope and well-defined project focus
