UX/UI Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a UX/UI Full Stack Developer who combines strong front‑end craftsmanship with solid back‑end development expertise. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain modern, intuitive, and responsive web applications, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality user experiences. You will contribute to both the front‑end and back‑end, helping build scalable, reliable, and user‑centric solutions that support the continuous evolution of our products. Location: Lake Saint Louis, Missouri (US) Work Mode: Hybrid , 3 days on‑site per week Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern, intuitive, and responsive web applications Build reusable, scalable, and high‑performance front‑end components using React Develop and maintain back‑end services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Django Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences Integrate front‑end applications with back‑end APIs and third‑party services Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following software development best practices Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure reliability and performance Optimize application speed, scalability, and overall user experience Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and solution planning Implement security and data protection best practices throughout the application Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Stay current with emerging front‑end, back‑end, UI/UX, and web development technologies, and recommend improvements where appropriate Requirements 2-6 years of UX/UI developer experience Solid experience with React.js (hooks, state management, reusable components) Good command of Django / Django REST Framework Strong UX/UI sensibility and familiarity with design tools (Figma, etc.) Ability to work effectively in an agile environment within a cross‑functional team Self‑driven, curious, and passionate about crafting polished interfaces Why choose us An international community bringing together more than 110 different nationalities An environment where trust is central: 70% of our leaders started their careers at the entry level A strong training system with our internal Academy and more than 250 modules available A dynamic work environment that frequently comes together for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) Amaris Consulting promotes equal opportunities.
