What you will do:
- Get familiar with the company's trading platform and stay up-to-date on general market conditions;
- Provide efficient and excellent customer service support in crypto trading via live chat or email;
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance the teams performance and work efficiency
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Russian;
- Experience in the customer support role;
- A background in crypto or finance/economics/mathematics;
- Analytical & research skills;
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude (customer service in your DNA :)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange trading.
