  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Russian;
  • Experience in the customer support role;
  • A background in crypto or finance/economics/mathematics;
  • Analytical & research skills;
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude (customer service in your DNA :)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Interest in crypto or stock exchange trading.
