Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for excelling in validation engineer? The Pivot Group is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and supporting career growth. We are collaborating with companies in Delta Township seeking experienced Validation Engineers. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Validation Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes and equipment. Document all validation activities, including protocol execution, deviations, and final reports. Identify and assess validation risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during validation activities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO). Maintain and update validation documentation and databases. Participate in change control processes for validated systems and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Science) or a related scientific field. Proven experience in validating manufacturing processes, equipment, and software within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage). Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11), and relevant industry standards. Experience developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and generating comprehensive validation reports. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies (e.g., FMEA) applied to manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. Bonus Qualifications Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ISO). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation. Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) software. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in validation.
