Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Engineering Technician with strong experience in verification & validation (V&V) and system-level testing within regulated industries. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working on complex hardware systems, especially within medical device or similar environments.

What You’ll Do

• Execute system-level testing, including verification, validation, and risk reduction testing (RRT)
• Support products through the full lifecycle — from concept to validation and beyond
• Perform hands-on hardware testing using lab/test equipment
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve technical problems
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams
• Assist in improving test methods and supporting multiple concurrent projects

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in regulated industries (medical device, aerospace, or manufacturing)
• Background as a Test Technician, Validation Technician, or Test Engineer
• Strong exposure to V&V / system-level testing
• Ability to understand and work with complex systems, especially medical devices
• Hands-on experience with hardware or electromechanical systems
• Solid troubleshooting and failure analysis skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Instron or similar test equipment
• Exposure to FDA / ISO-regulated environments
• Prior experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams
