Validation EngineerLocation: Northwest based UK wide travelSalary: £40,000 to £50,000 plus overtime and benefitsWhy Join This BusinessThis is an opportunity to join a highly respected specialist engineering business operating at the top end of cleanroom validation and controlled environment services.The company supports major healthcare, pharmaceutical and cleanroom clients across the UK, delivering critical validation and compliance services. Validation Engineers are trusted, well supported and provided with modern, calibrated equipment and all expenses are covered.The RoleThe Validation Engineer will be responsible for delivering cleanroom validation and ventilation testing services across hospital, pharmaceutical and controlled environments.Responsibilities will include: • Carrying out HEPA filter integrity and DOP testing • Assessing and verifying air supply and extract airflow volumes • Calculating and confirming air change rates within controlled environments • Measuring airflow velocities within isolators and laminar airflow cabinets • Recording and verifying room pressure differentials • Conducting airborne particle count testing • Undertaking airborne microbiological monitoring • Completing surface contamination sampling in line with validation standards • Working in accordance with BS EN ISO 14644, BS EN 12469:2000, EU cGMP and HTM-03Requirements of the Validation EngineerOver 3 years’ experience in cleanroom validation or ventilation testing in a field-based roleStrong knowledge of supply and extract ventilation systemsExperience working in hospital and cleanroom environmentsA solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirementsFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required Benefits of the Validation EngineerCompany van, phone and laptop providedExpenses paid up frontAccommodation booked and paid for by the officeOptional overtime including weekendsLong term, stable role within a specialist, engineer led businessIf you thrive in regulated, high-spec environments and meet the criteria, I’d love to speak.Find out more about our available opportunities or how I can help you further your career.Please contact Adele Lewis or click Apply Now.Call: 0151 209 2050 or 07537163611Email: adele.lewis@aspion.co.uk
