Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Validation Engineer to join our team at Johnson & Johnson in Raynham, MA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the production of orthopedic implants, ensuring all processes and equipment are validated in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement validation processes for the production of orthopedic implants.
  • Perform equipment validation, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
  • Ensure compliance with Change Control Validation in a regulated medical device environment.
  • Write, review, and execute validation protocols.
  • Work with metal finishing processes, ensuring they meet all necessary standards.
  • Perform technical writing, data analysis, and statistical analysis to support validation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth validation processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or bio/pharma.
  • Hands-on experience with metal finishing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ and equipment validation.
  • Experience with Change Control Validation in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in writing and executing validation protocols.
  • Strong mechanical and manufacturing background.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and data/statistical analysis.
  • CSV experience is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the orthopedic implant industry is a plus.
