Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Validation Engineer specializing in Equipment Qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the successful qualification of equipment used in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of equipment qualification projects, including Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
  • Prepare and review qualification documentation, including protocols, reports, and test plans.
  • Conduct equipment testing and validation activities to verify performance and reliability.
  • Support the development and implementation of validation procedures and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, working closely with technical support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of validation activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Equipment Qualification processes, particularly IQ and OQ.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or coursework related to equipment qualification or validation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP) is advantageous.
