The Validation Technical Associate I will play a key role in supporting equipment validation activities within a vaccine manufacturing environment. This role provides hands‑on experience executing performance qualifications (PQs), supporting validation protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to gain technical depth in validation processes while working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Base pay range $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr Responsibilities Provide technical support for validation activities necessary to complete Equipment PQs per the annual schedule Execute annual PQs for critical process equipment following approved validation protocols Perform validation tasks with flexibility in scheduling to minimize operational impact and ensure timely completion Develop a thorough understanding of new process equipment and procedures as they relate to validation requirements Support recommendations and implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) to reduce atypical events or validation deviations Education Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biochemical engineering, biological systems engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or integrated science Associate degree in the fields above is acceptable with additional experience Experience Bachelor’s degree holders: minimum 1+ years of experience in vaccine manufacturing Associate degree holders: minimum 2+ years of experience in vaccine manufacturing Additional Information Role requires flexibility to support validation activities outside standard hours as needed Position is focused on equipment validation within a regulated manufacturing environment Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Temporary Job Function Pharmaceutical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
