About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Vascular Access RN to join our growing Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) program. This position is ideal for nurses with strong IV skills and a passion for patient-centered care. Prior apheresis experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) procedures using the Amicus apheresis machine (training provided).
- Place ultrasound-guided IVs and manage access throughout each session.
- Administer IV solutions, prepare IV bags, and monitor infusion safety.
- Educate and support patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Accurately document care in the CERBO EMR.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs to ensure patient stability.
- Maintain cleanliness and function of apheresis equipment.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible schedule: Procedures are conducted Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Each TPE session lasts approximately 4-5 hours.
- Part-Time Pay: $600 per completed procedure (no benefits).
- Full-Time compensation: Competitive and based on experience (details upon request).
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certified
- Highly skilled in ultrasound-guided vascular access.
- VA-BC® (Vascular Access Board Certification) strongly preferred.
- Apheresis or TPE experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
