Pay:$18.00 $30.00 per hour (based onrole and experience)

Location: Columbia City IN

Positions & Pay

• Ground Worker:$18.00+
• Bucket Operator:$22.00 $26.00
• Climber:$22.00 $28.00

Schedule

• Depends on season
• Start: 6:00 AM
• End: Approximately 4:00 PM
• Full-Time | In-Person

Responsibilities

• Assist with vegetation trimming and cleanup near utility lines
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Work outdoors in varying conditions

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs throughout the day
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record (MVR required- CDL a plus)
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Safety-focused and dependable
