Job SummaryThe Analyst III, Office of the CIO (OICO) will work close with the Sr. Manager, Office of the CIO and other technology leads to maintain key OCIO functions including (but not limited to) resource management, vendor management, and Financial Analytics. The core objectives are to ensure a consistent, accurate and efficient reporting supported by clear processes.The expectation of the OCIO is to operate with a balance of recurring tasks and the ability to respond to specific challenges as set forth by the CIO.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesGenerates monthly financial reports including general ledger reconciliation, and full-year forecastConducts periodic audits of budget items, including budget-to-actual comparisonsSupport budget and reforecasting effortsMaintain vendor management processes, including onboarding, termination, payment, and key contactsOversee the maintenance of vendor contracts, and ensure they are currentLead financial impact analysis for new contracts, renewals, and amendments for technology vendorsResponsible for ensuring timely bill pay and submission of invoicesServe as a point of escalation for vendor issues, including management of incidents by completing lead root cause analysis and identify long-term fixPartner with Accounting to support executive financial and month-end reportingMaintain processes to ensure accurate position data including new hires, terminated, and change to active positionsDrive process improvement, policy development and documentation initiatives that impact job functionsPerform other duties as assigned by Sr. Manager, OCIOEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience5+ years financial or vendor management2+ years in Technology or similar departmentSkills/Specialized KnowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteNegotiation skillsAnalytical skills to leverage data and propose strategic plansLeadership skills to align and implement process with stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to complete workloads in a timely mannerThorough understanding of budgetary and accounting principles, practices, and policiesAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet established deadlinesRequired Licenses or CertificationsN/APreferred Licenses or CertificationsN/AOther RequirementsMust maintain professional appearance. Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position. Travel may be required, up to 10%Physical and Mental DemandsThis position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, and communicate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.Work EnvironmentStandard office working environment that may be busy and noisy at times. Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $73,440.00 - $127,296.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
