ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Vendor Management Executive who can independently manage vendor coordination, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and maintain disciplined documentation and follow-ups. This role demands ownership, firmness, and strong attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of jewellery and related services

Regularly follow up on job orders, repairs, custom work, and supplies

Maintain accurate records of vendors, job orders, delivery schedules, and documentation

Ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications

Track delays, proactively escalate issues, and support resolution

Work closely with internal teams including Sales, CRM, and Operations

Review vendor performance periodically and share improvement inputs with management

Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor coordination, purchase, or operations

Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously

Good communication skills with the ability to be firm yet professional

Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to complete tasks within defined timelines
