Job Title: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Venture Capital

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to join our venture capital team. As an EIR, you will play a critical role in identifying investment opportunities, mentoring startup founders, and contributing to the success of portfolio companies. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned entrepreneurs who are passionate about innovation and startup growth, and are looking to transition into venture capital.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the investment team to source and evaluate potential startup investments.
• Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to portfolio companies on growth, product development, and scaling operations.
• Conduct market research and due diligence to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute business plans for early-stage ventures.
• Act as a bridge between startups and venture capital, leveraging industry insights and networks.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of investment deals.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, building relationships with founders, investors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a founder or executive in a high-growth startup.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, including fundraising, product development, and scaling.
• Ability to identify high-potential business opportunities and assess market fit.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong network in the entrepreneurial community.
• Experience working in or with venture capital firms is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 - $200,000 annually, with potential for equity or performance-based bonuses.
