Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venture Capital Partner to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy: Develop and refine the firm's investment strategy, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs, startups, and other key stakeholders to source high-quality investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Lead and participate in comprehensive due diligence processes, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and structure of investment deals, including valuations, equity stakes, and contractual agreements.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and mentorship to help them scale and achieve their business objectives.
- Fundraising: Contribute to fundraising efforts by engaging with potential limited partners and presenting the firm's value proposition and track record.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field, with a successful track record of investment and portfolio management.

- Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and build strong relationships.
