Las Posas Veterinary Medical Center is seeking an\nexperienced Medical Director to join our leadership team!


One of the things that makes our hospital special is the\npeople - we are looking for an experienced Veterinarian to serve as Medical\nDirector who can partner with the current Hospital Manager in supporting and\ngrowing the team. As Medical Director, you will help drive the continued growth\nand success of our practices, provide clinical leadership and guidance to our\nveterinarians while fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering\nexceptional patient care that our clients have come to expect over the past 32\nyears.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical leadership and\n mentorship to our veterinary team

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality\n medicine during the busy summer season

  • Maintain and enhance medical\n protocols and standards
  • \n
  • Participate in recruiting and\n developing veterinary talent
  • \n
  • Contribute to strategic planning\n and growth initiatives

  • Maintain an active clinical\n schedule while managing leadership duties
