The Opportunity
- \n
- Provide\n medical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care \n
- Mentor\n and manage associate veterinarians \n
- Ensure\n regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics \n
- Partner\n with the Hospital Manager on financial performance \n
- Prepare\n and manage operating and capital budgets \n
- Oversee\n staff and overall hospital operations \n
- Collaborate\n with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA) \n
Qualifications
- \n
- 3+\n years of experience as a DVM \n
- Doctor\n of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university \n
- Active\n Florida veterinary license in good standing \n
- Commitment\n to high-quality medicine and the veterinary code of ethics \n
- Leadership\n mindset with strong communication skills \n
Compensation
