The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, planning, and overall business performance. This includes leading all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and delivering clear financial insights. The role also involves close collaboration with operations to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, as well as driving process improvements, managing cash flow, and leading a team of accounting professionals. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a background in a manufacturing environment. Experience as a Plant Controller or in a similar operational finance leadership position, with a strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and internal controls, is essential.
