The successful candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth, developing and executing strategies to expand client relationships, and securing multi-year partnerships with larger utility players. This role demands a leader with a strong technical background in substation design, protection/control, relay settings, and transmission line engineering, who can also bring clarity, structure, and strategic direction to a team. The Vice President will be a visible member of the senior leadership team, shaping the company's market approach and long-term roadmap, and will be expected to lead the business through complexity, balancing technical rigor with commercial and people leadership. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in an engineering leadership role, and a proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams. A high EQ leadership style, focused on mentorship, clarity, and team morale, is essential, as is strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L oversight and business development. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and a PE is preferred.
