This includes engineering, maintenance and repairs, technology infrastructure, and security. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering safe, efficient, and high-performing facility operations through disciplined budgeting, workforce leadership, and strategic resource allocation. Key responsibilities for the role include driving operational excellence, establishing measurable standards, optimizing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring readiness for all events and campus activities. The Vice President will also be responsible for cost control, asset protection, and continuous process improvement, as well as leading the development and execution of annual and multi-year capital plans. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sports and entertainment venue operations or comparable large-scale facilities. The role requires a candidate with demonstrated financial acumen, a proven track record in leading capital projects, and comprehensive knowledge of facility systems. Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and security operations is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, and a proactive, service-focused approach.
