We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Finance & Business Management, Enterprise Onboarding Platform to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's long-term objectives. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making. Implementing cost control measures to optimize spending and improve financial efficiency. This includes monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  8+ years in Finance, Business Management or related field Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting.
