This high-impact leadership role involves owning the preparation, review, and filing of various SEC reports, leading cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely disclosures, and managing U.S. GAAP financial statement disclosures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating annual audits, overseeing quality control for financial communications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting processes. Applicants for the Vice President of Financial Reporting position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in Accounting being a plus, and a CPA is required. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm, and industry experience with substantial SEC reporting exposure is essential.
