The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions to ensure consistency and support program objectives. This role involves serving as the primary contact for project controls, overseeing enterprise-level dashboards, and managing cost controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The VP will also be tasked with partnering with various teams to evaluate options and recommend value-driven solutions, as well as ensuring accurate earned value management and performance measurement across the program portfolio. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 12 years' of project controls experience, with a preference for those with a background in transit or rail. The role requires a strong foundation in cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and project controls best practices. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interface with clients, contribute to business development, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities also include delivering reports and presentations to senior leadership, supporting various program-related meetings, and leading financial reporting activities.
