This individual will be instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments, as well as supporting the ongoing growth and performance of our portfolio companies.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and return analysisConduct market research and competitive landscape assessmentsAssist in due diligence processes, including coordination with legal, accounting, and operational advisorsPrepare investment committee materials and presentationsSupport portfolio company initiatives, including strategic planning, performance tracking, and add-on acquisitionsCollaborate closely with senior investment professionals and management teamsQualifications2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consultingStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsDemonstrated interest or experience in healthcare and/or tech-enabled servicesExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesBachelor's degree from a top-tier institutionSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
