We are looking for a Vice President, OPS Client Service Manager to join our team in Everett, MA. The role requires a 4‑day in‑office expectation.
Responsibilities
Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence aligned with BNY's principles.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Typically 4‑7 years of experience and 0‑1 years of management experience; experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $69,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, based on experience and market location, and is part of a total compensation package that may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
