Vice President – Private Label & International Markets (DACH)Location: Regional Scope: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) | Full-TimeRole OverviewThis senior leadership role holds full commercial and operational accountability for the Private Label and Brand portfolio across the DACH region. The position is responsible for defining and executing the regional strategic roadmap, delivering sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence across wholesale, retail and digital channels. The successful candidate will operate with end-to-end ownership across product strategy, sourcing, pricing, inventory, working capital and distribution, while leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L ownership for the DACH Private Label & Brand portfolio, accountable for revenue, margin and EBIT performance.Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan aligned to regional growth and profitability objectives.Define assortment architecture, pricing frameworks and margin optimisation strategies.Oversee product development lifecycle including sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships and quality standards.Drive supply chain optimisation, inventory efficiency and working capital improvements.Lead and develop cross-functional teams across commercial, merchandising, sourcing and operations.Collaborate with marketing, retail and digital teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.Negotiate key supplier and licensing agreements to strengthen brand positioning and profitability.Build strong relationships with regional retail partners and distribution networks.Report to executive leadership with clear performance metrics, forecasts and strategic recommendations.Experience & Profile RequiredMinimum 10–15 years senior leadership experience within sporting goods, apparel or consumer product sectors.Demonstrated full P&L ownership across multi-market or regional operations.Strong private label development and sourcing expertise with global supplier exposure.Track record of delivering revenue growth and margin expansion within competitive retail environments.Experience operating across wholesale, DTC, marketplace and multichannel retail models.Proven ability to lead and scale international, cross-cultural teams.Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making capability.Executive presence with the ability to influence board-level and investor stakeholders.Fluent English required; German strongly preferred.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline.Contact for more information
