About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Information Security Program Manager to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of a resilient information security program. The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of a high-priority, enterprise-wide security initiative, responsible for the day-to-day orchestration of the program, maintaining the integrated roadmap, and managing a dedicated team of specialist consultants. This role demands a seasoned program manager with a proven track record in managing large, complex, cross-functional programs, particularly in a regulated financial services environment. The VP, Information Security Program Manager will be instrumental in turning strategy into disciplined, on-time delivery across multiple workstreams, and will be the key point of contact for leadership, providing a single, trusted view of progress, risk, and outcomes.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 8 years of program/project management experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Essential qualifications include a strong background in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry, and a working knowledge of technology delivery and core information security processes. The role requires experience with Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and influence across senior stakeholders. While not mandatory, information security experience and proficiency with program and portfolio tooling are desirable. The ideal candidate will be adept at operating in a complex and ambiguous environment, with the ability to help teams set direction and resolve competing priorities.
