With 40+ years in the market, a dominant position in their sector, and institutional backing from a global IB firm, this is a rare opportunity to join a shop with serious deal flow and room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from strategy through close
• Own client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory services
• Manage deal teams, oversee financial analyses, and provide strategic direction
• Contribute to business development and firm growth

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
• Proven track record managing complex engagements and delivering results
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Series 79 or 82 license (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
