About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President for IT Operations, Services, and Program Management. This executive will be a key leader in the technology organization, with a focus on operational execution, delivery discipline, and the maturity of IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise technology program delivery, IT service management, and IT end‑user services. They will also lead the Office of the CITO, translating technology priorities into execution plans and coordinating operational activities. The role requires a strong background in managing complex technology programs, with a preference for experience in healthcare delivery technology projects. Responsibilities Drive enterprise technology program delivery, IT service management, and IT end‑user services. Lead the Office of the CITO, translating technology priorities into execution plans. Coordinate operational activities across multiple functions. Manage complex technology programs, ensuring execution discipline and maturity of IT services. Qualifications Minimum 18 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare IT environments. Proven track record in leading enterprise PMO, technology delivery, IT operations, client services, or service management functions. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and ability to build high‑performing teams. Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, able to drive measurable outcomes and improve the operating model. Experience with Epic or similar healthcare technology strongly preferred.
