The role demands a self-starter with strong business and financial acumen, the ability to form actionable recommendations, and a proven track record of managing a team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. The VP will also be expected to have a keen instinct for successful content and the ability to acquire it ahead of competitors, as well as experience in negotiating revenue-sharing deals.
