Vice President of Operations
Base Compensation: starting salary of $175,000-$220,000/yr
Bonuses: tri-annual performance-based profit sharing bonuses (estimated $0-$20,000)
Location: South Houston, TX. Hired candidate eligible for relocation compensation if applicable

• This role will require approximately 60% travel to our five warehousing facilities located in South Houston, TX; Minneapolis, KS; Phoenix, AZ; Memphis, TN; and Debary, FL.
• Manufacturing facilities in Kansas and Phoenix, with Kansas facility major redesign, repurpose of current warehouse into manufacturing with capacity/capability expansion planned.
• Future-state development of a new Kansas warehouse/manufacturing facility from the ground up.
• Facilities and Safety team accountability, for ISO-9001-2015 standards and greater.
• Approximately 130 overall employees in-funnel, with competent managerial direct reports with tenure, commitment to excellence, and demonstrated learning agility.
• Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and role sits on Executive Committee.
