The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for leading a group of Program and Project Managers in the professional delivery of complex electrical switchgear projects to global data center clients. This strategic leadership role demands a strong technical understanding of project management systems and techniques, exceptional relationship development skills, and a high degree of financial and commercial acumen. The VP will be tasked with maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities for the VP of Project Management include developing and implementing a project management process, balancing strategic goals with immediate business needs, and fostering a high-performance culture. The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, implementing robust project governance, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, with a PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role and 10 years of senior-level PM experience, particularly in low-voltage switchgear, power distribution, or electrical infrastructure sectors, is required. The VP should be a strategic and analytical thinker, with a hands-on, results-driven mindset, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
