Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of global revenue and expense management for RUCKUS Networks' Service Provider sales, ensuring comprehensive financial accountability.
  • Drive the creation and execution of strategic global growth plans, aiming to capitalize on market opportunities and foster profitable expansion.
  • Take charge of a team, directly steering the achievement of sales targets while identifying untapped business prospects within the customer base. Formulate tailored strategies to propel business growth effectively.
  • Assume leadership roles in critical operational facets such as budget planning, expense management, precise forecasting, nurturing customer relationships, managing pipelines, implementing impactful marketing programs, and fostering continuous development.
  • Guide and enhance the expertise of top-tier sales and sales engineering teams to effectively promote and sell products, technologies, and services. Ensure their optimal deployment and utilization.
  • Cultivate a robust managed service sell-through business model with major Service Providers and successfully navigate sales into their network infrastructure.
  • Spearhead discussions on Networking, Cellular offload, Wi-Fi protocol, and design practices, fostering connections across various levels within Service Providers' organizations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree OR equivalent
  • A 15+ years career in sales leadership within the networking industry.
  • Delivering strong results quarterly and growing business YoY.
  • First class track record of building a diverse business with Service Providers, to include:
  • Cellular offload
  • Managed services for MDU
  • Enterprise and SMB strategies
  • Hospitality
  • Federal Services
  • The Executive will be a dynamic leader who can inspire new insights, and integrate relationships with internal engineering, support and development teams.
  • Has demonstrated an ability to consistently identify, attract, and develop A level sales talent. Able to attract key individuals who have worked for them before.
  • Strong focus on pipeline management and forecasting, track record and, passion for monitoring metrics.
  • Strong decision maker; open, confident, and persuasive, with excellent presentation and listening abilities will all be part of this individual's qualities as a true regional leader.
  • able to travel up to 40%, including internationally.
  • Able to engage at all levels of the Service Providers organizations.


CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN CONTINENTAL U.S.

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $250,000- $400,000
