About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle to oversee and lead all back-end revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, denials, and revenue integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day client operations, as well as the planning, development, and implementation of policies and initiatives to maximize revenue and cash flow. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformation, workforce centralization, and technology modernization. The VP will also be tasked with driving the modernization of billing platforms and digital tools, optimizing EHR and RCM systems, and implementing data-driven performance management to meet KPIs and proactively manage financial risk.
Applicants for the Vice President of Revenue Cycle position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or finance, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience is required. The role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to build and lead a strong team, and a deep understanding of healthcare IT and RCM systems. The VP will work closely with the CFO and executive team to align revenue cycle strategy with financial goals and support payer contracting strategy. The position also involves workforce and leadership development, including the recruitment and retention of top talent in rural markets.
