Vice President of Revenue Cycle Strategy & Operations About the Company Rapidly growing managed service provider IndustryHospital & Health Care TypePrivately Held Founded2023 Employees501-1000 About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Strategy and Operations to provide executive leadership for its vendor-delivered portfolio of mid- and back-end revenue cycle services. The successful candidate will be responsible for service delivery, client outcomes, operating performance, and growth support across a diverse client portfolio. This role demands a leader with the credibility of a health system revenue cycle operator, combined with the commercial discipline, client orientation, and scalability mindset required in a vendor services environment. Key responsibilities include owning client financial outcomes, establishing standardized delivery models, and driving measurable client results. The VP will also be involved in strategic oversight for denials management, and payer recovery, and will be expected to partner with various stakeholders to support compliant revenue optimization. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of progressive mid- and back-end healthcare revenue cycle experience, with a strong background in coding, CDI, billing, AR operations, and compliance risk. A proven track record of engaging with health system CFOs and senior executive leaders is essential. The role requires a leader with strong financial and analytical acumen, capable of translating operational insight into better service, product, and technology solutions. While not mandatory, a Master’s degree, experience in a PE-backed or high-growth services organization, and familiarity with performance-based service models are preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and leading high-performing, client-facing teams, and will be measured by their ability to deliver measurable client financial outcomes and support client retention and expansion.
