Healthcare / Insurance Industry is preferred. Summary:We are seeking a strategic leader to bridge the gap between business development and service delivery. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our modern health benefit offerings, focusing on scalable enrollment technology and high-stakes carrier partnerships. This role is perfect for a veteran of the health insurance exchange space who thrives on process automation and complex stakeholder management.Core Responsibilities:Direct the lifecycle of market-facing functions, including enrollment architecture, eligibility frameworks, and strategic vendor/carrier integrations.Design and implement high-level engagement strategies for key stakeholders and ICHRA administrators to maximize satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Lead organizational-wide process modernization, utilizing automation and lean methodologies to optimize service delivery and reduce friction.Partner with IT, Product, and Finance to ensure system configurations and product launches align with broader corporate objectives and market demand.Act as the primary lead for change management initiatives, fostering an agile culture that can pivot quickly to meet industry shifts.Leverage advanced data analytics to forecast market trends, mitigate operational risks, and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.Mentor a multidisciplinary leadership team, prioritizing a culture of accountability, professional growth, and high performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).8–10+ years of senior leadership experience within a health insurance carrier or digital insurance exchange.Deep understanding of the technology solutions that power enrollment and eligibility at scale.Proven expertise in navigating the complexities of the health insurance market; specialized knowledge in Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) is highly valued.Exceptional ability to influence at the board level and manage diverse, remote, or cross-functional teams.
