Summary:

We are seeking a strategic leader to bridge the gap between business development and service delivery. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our modern health benefit offerings, focusing on scalable enrollment technology and high-stakes carrier partnerships. This role is perfect for a veteran of the health insurance exchange space who thrives on process automation and complex stakeholder management.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct the lifecycle of market-facing functions, including enrollment architecture, eligibility frameworks, and strategic vendor/carrier integrations.
  • Design and implement high-level engagement strategies for key stakeholders and ICHRA administrators to maximize satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Lead organizational-wide process modernization, utilizing automation and lean methodologies to optimize service delivery and reduce friction.
  • Partner with IT, Product, and Finance to ensure system configurations and product launches align with broader corporate objectives and market demand.
  • Act as the primary lead for change management initiatives, fostering an agile culture that can pivot quickly to meet industry shifts.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to forecast market trends, mitigate operational risks, and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Mentor a multidisciplinary leadership team, prioritizing a culture of accountability, professional growth, and high performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience within a health insurance carrier or digital insurance exchange.
  • Deep understanding of the technology solutions that power enrollment and eligibility at scale.
  • Proven expertise in navigating the complexities of the health insurance market; specialized knowledge in Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) is highly valued.
  • Exceptional ability to influence at the board level and manage diverse, remote, or cross-functional teams.
