This executive leadership role is responsible for delivering revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across warehouse and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record of improving operational performance within logistics or supply chain environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and strategic direction to achieve revenue, EBITDA, service, and growth objectives.Oversee all operational aspects of the business unit, including warehouse operations, fulfillment, safety, staffing, and performance management.Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with corporate and divisional goals.Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and implement actions to improve profitability and efficiency.Partner with commercial and leadership teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and accountability.Establish strong organizational structure, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory and safety standards, including OSHA.Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive business success.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including at least 5 years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.Strong experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, and distribution environments; eCommerce and each-pick operations experience preferred.Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving EBITDA, and optimizing operational performance.Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and strategic leadership skills.Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance requirements.
