Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of office strategic initiatives, goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and monitor programs to ensure we attract, interview, hire, train, develop and retain quality teammates

Effectively manage teammates including selection and hire, objective setting, performance management, development planning, capacity planning, disciplinary action and terminations.

Identify and develop talented teammates who are likely to succeed in the company culture, create an atmosphere where teammates are motivated to learn and grow, provide coaching and feedback to ensure the professional development of teammates and identify and groom teammates for advancement.

Effectively set and manage to teammate and client satisfaction and retention goals.
-
Help define and execute strategic and operating plans for the organization and ensure a proper risk control environment exists.

Manage division associates to ensure the goals and success of the division are accomplished
-
Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic goals and objectives
-
Exercise appropriate financial and budgetary control, assist in the development of new initiatives, and develop and manage reports for measuring productivity and quality
-
Represent the office as needed at Client and Carrier visits while developing and managing those relationships
-
Represent the office as needed at industry functions
-
Support firm wide strategic and quality initiatives
-
Assist in the development of new operating division initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS

Effective interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

Ability to work in a self-directed fashion

Experience with PC's in a Windows environment

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions

Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
-
Proven leadership experience including business and strategic planning, client services, budget management, people leadership and operations management
-
Strong insurance operational experience
-
Ability to understand client's needs and have knowledge of associated risk profiles
-
Ability to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies
-
Experience in managing a multi-person team
-
Demonstrated excellence in broad insurance disciplines
-
High level of industry technical knowledge/expertise
The annual base salary for this position is $190K - $200K
