This is a genuine build role . Not a “keep the lights on” corporate position. Not a team where everything is already defined, resourced, and automated. This is for someone who wants to shape something , not just inherit it. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to design and deliver strategic initiatives across operations, process, technology, and change — helping scale a growing Wealth business over the next 3+ years. It’s suited to someone who is ambitious, hands-on, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves while still operating at VP level. What you’ll be doing Owning a portfolio of transformation initiatives across the Wealth business Building a 3-year roadmap covering process, operating model, and technology evolution Identifying where automation and digital tools can genuinely improve how the business runs Driving change management so initiatives actually stick (not just get delivered) Working directly with senior stakeholders across Wealth, Operations, Technology, and Product Helping build and develop a small, high-quality delivery team over time What they’re looking for 10–15 years’ experience in Financial Services or Consulting (wealth / asset management IS A MUST) Strong background in transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled change Comfortable operating in an environment that’s still evolving Someone proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders Process-driven, but pragmatic Experience running multiple initiatives in parallel Certifications like PMP / Lean Six Sigma / ADKAR are a plus, not a requirement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
