[Primary Skills]:

• Good understanding of Media formats MP4, MXF and HEIF, understanding of video codecs H.264 and H.265 concepts

• Strong C, C++ programming skills

• Good logical & problem-solving abilities & communication skills

[Good to have Skills]:

• Exposure to software development using GIT

• Knowledge & experience with the full SDLC

• Application development with Visual studio framework and unit testing

• Exposure to Linux environment is an advantage

• Video codec verification know-how & experience

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors or Master’s or in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related. 3+ years of experience with H264, H265 (HEVC), MP4 format and HEIF formats on visual studio framework

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.  Understand Video codec specifications H.264 and H.265 including syntax elements and ISO-IEC 14496-10 and 12 specifications

2. Analyze customer requirements and check items as per the specification and implement them in the verification tools

3. Design and develop the source code

4. Create test plan and perform unit and regression testing 

5. Should be familiar with GitHub, JIRA and C/C++ development on Visual studio 2019
