Role OverviewWe are looking for dynamic Digital Producers to lead daily content planning, execution, and performance optimisation for ABP Sanjha’s Punjabi digital platforms across website, YouTube, and social media.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute daily digital content lineup aligned with trending Punjabi, national, and global news.Lead YouTube packaging including headlines, thumbnails, and metadata optimisation.Coordinate with reporters, video editors, and writers for timely output.Monitor Google Trends, Discover, and social insights for real-time content pivots.Drive breaking news, explainers, digital-first shows, and Shorts strategy.Ensure SEO best practices in publishing.Track performance metrics including CTR, watch time, retention, and engagement.Work closely with central digital growth and SEO teams.Skills & Requirements:3–6 years of experience in digital news production.Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and social algorithms.Fluency in Punjabi (written and spoken).Ability to manage fast-paced breaking news cycles.Data-driven mindset with strong headline and thumbnail instincts.
