Videographer Opportunity With Joyce Windows Sunrooms Apply
See below for instruction on how to apply.
Are you that hungry, entry-level videographer who lives for creating compelling stories on screen? Is video your passion, your language, your art? At Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths, we're offering a full-time role where you won’t just make occasional videos—you’ll create multiple videos every week, shaping the way our story is told. If you're ready to build a career doing what you love, this might be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our in-house videographer, you'll be our visual storyteller, creating videos that bring our brand to life and connect with our audience. This isn’t just about pressing record; you’ll be hands-on with every part of the process—from brainstorming to scripting, filming, and editing. You’ll work with our content and sales teams to take ideas from concept to completion, pushing creative boundaries and producing content that people actually want to watch.
What We’re Looking For:
You should be comfortable behind the camera, know your way around editing software (Adobe Premiere, anyone?), and have a basic understanding of advanced production techniques. You'll be creating content across formats, including setting up in our studio, capturing customer stories, and creating shareable social content. AI tools will help streamline some processes, but it's your eye for detail and storytelling that we value most.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creative Setup & Production – Manage equipment, set up shots, handle lighting, and get the most out of each scene. If you don’t have everything you need, we’ll help get it.
- Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with sales, content, and other teams to deliver engaging stories.
- Hands-On Editing & AI Integration – Use AI tools to enhance color correction, audio quality, and video editing. You’ll have the latest tech at your fingertips.
- Managing the YouTube Channel – Upload, optimize, and analyze content performance to keep our brand fresh online.
- Coaching & Continuous Learning – Lead workshops on the latest video tech and help the team grow their on-camera skills.
Who You Are:
- Creative & Eager to Learn – You’re always exploring new skills and keeping up with the latest techniques.
- Detail-Oriented – Audio or visual issues don’t slip past you.
- Team Player – You thrive on feedback and love collaborating to make the best content possible.
- Driven – You’re self-motivated, and treat the company’s goals as your own.
Bonus Points If:
- You light up the room with your enthusiasm, bringing energy to every shoot.
- You’re obsessed with improving, staying on top of new technology like AR and VR.
- You take pride in ownership, treating every project as if it were your own brand.
