Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and organize documentation related to transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and online listings to promote properties.
  • Conduct research on property listings and market trends to assist agents in client meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on transactions and answer inquiries.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
  • Utilize project management tools to track tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, project management software).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote working environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
