The hourly pay rate is $9.00 – $14.00 per hour, depending on experience and the company that you are assigned to. Must work minimum 25 hours per week; full-time hours available. Responsibilities Resolve concerns or complaints related to your client. No Cold Calling, No Telemarketing, inbound calls only. You’ll make your own schedules Minimum 3+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Must be 18+ to apply High school diploma or equivalency Secondary education and/or some college is preferred Able to perform basic math skills Must be able to pass a background check A background check is required. (client may ask for drug test) Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and documents Would like to work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home A quiet home office place to work.
