Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support mental health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in case management and coordinate care with outside resources when required.
• Educate clients and families about mental health disorders and treatment options.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in mental health care.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid and current LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC license in the state of practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans and collaborate with stakeholders.
