Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) Needed

Salary offer: $100,000 to $105,000

Your Role as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients' mental health journeys.
• Encourage open discussion of emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and growth.
• Advocate for clients' needs and assist in setting achievable goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental well-being, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement solution-based approaches based on your clinical expertise.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensing: Active and fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
